About Me

As your therapist, I'm here beside you, guiding you through these waters with compassion and support, helping you steer your course with confidence.
I've gathered my training from Monash University, Australia, with a Master’s in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. My approach is as unique as you are. I blend humanistic, person-centered, and narrative therapy techniques, tailoring my approach to fit your world. Plus, I'm trained in Queer Affirmative therapy and am sharpening my skills with a trauma-informed perspective.
Here's what I believe: Therapy isn't just for overcoming challenges; it's for everyone looking to grow. Whether you're experiencing depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, or self-esteem concerns, I'm here to work with you.
